講起飲啤酒就一定會諗起居酒屋啦,今日經過何文田既呢間高性價比既居酒屋,主打串燒同埋燒物,而且仲有唔同既是日推介,於是決定入去試一試。餐廳既門面充滿日式既感覺,一入到去就覺得好似去到日本既居酒屋咁。雖然座位唔算好多,不過絕對坐得舒適。打開餐牌見到有唔少選擇,刺身、串燒、鍋物、一品料理等等應有盡有,價錢亦都唔貴,今次就叫咗幾款試下。🎈螢光魷魚昆布漬 $45前菜就叫咗一份螢光魷魚昆布漬,螢光魷魚鮮味十足,拌埋昆布、特製醬汁同生蘿蔔絲一齊食,味道好夾之餘仲非常開胃。🎈蜜柑鯛 $98刺身就叫咗一份蜜柑鯛,魚皮因為有用火炙輕輕燒過,所以魚既香味更加突出。餐廳建議第一啖先食原味,魚肉有淡淡既蜜柑味,清甜而且肉質細膩,第二啖再加埋山葵醬油亦都好好食。🎈燒牛舌 $45第一款串燒終於到啦,牛舌燒到外焦內嫩,而且仲保留咗唔少肉汁,睇得出廚師既火候控制得好好,值得推薦。🎈燒鮮鰻魚 $45鰻魚好厚身但火候適中,一口咬落去感覺到好新鮮同嫩,調味亦都岩岩好。🎈燒雞翼 $35餐廳用既係阿波尾雞翼,Size會比一般既雞翼大隻少少。雞翼既脂肪唔多,但肉質好鮮嫩,雞皮亦都好焦脆,真係好唔錯。🎈燒味噌豬腸 $30豬腸用味噌調

🎈螢光魷魚昆布漬 $45
前菜就叫咗一份螢光魷魚昆布漬,螢光魷魚鮮味十足,拌埋昆布、特製醬汁同生蘿蔔絲一齊食,味道好夾之餘仲非常開胃。

鰻魚好厚身但火候適中,一口咬落去感覺到好新鮮同嫩,調味亦都岩岩好。

🎈燒雞翼 $35
餐廳用既係阿波尾雞翼,Size會比一般既雞翼大隻少少。雞翼既脂肪唔多,但肉質好鮮嫩,雞皮亦都好焦脆,真係好唔錯。

🎈燒味噌豬腸 $30
豬腸用味噌調味,食既時候完全冇任何腥或者臭味,證明廚師處理得好好。豬腸既脂肪經過炭燒之後亦都充滿油香。

🎈牛小排壽喜鍋 $138
餐廳提供既呢款壽喜鍋係用咗關東煮法,湯底味道偏清甜,牛小排既油花好均勻,肉質亦都唔錯,壽喜鍋裏面附有好多配菜同材料,有金菇、豆腐、香菇同芋絲等等,係唔錯既飽肚暖胃之選。

🎈山椒燒BB鴿 $58
最後到既就係山椒燒BB鴿啦。一上枱就已經聞到好香既山椒同乳鴿味,雖然已經食咗好多野,但係都忍唔住流口水。乳鴿既肉質嫩滑,加上山椒真係好惹味,呢個價錢絕對係叫得過。
