諾富特世紀酒店是酒店大牌子，自助餐有信心保證，而家讚好酒店社交平台有五五折，晚市自助晚餐折實成人價$422，有即開生蠔、鱈場蟹腳、阿根廷紅蝦等任食，親民價自助餐首選～呢幾排以竹炭為主題，用竹炭入饌，做出反傳統黑掹掹的美食黑掹掹代表竹炭雪芳蛋糕竹炭煙燻飯團有和牛、帶子、吞拿魚蓉、鰻魚等口味回本之選澳洲哥芬灣蠔 Coffin Bay蠔裙邊爽口，雖然唔算最肥美，但香軟綿滑阿根廷紅蝦刺身原隻自己剝殼紅黑刺身，膠質勁濃厚，口感大滿足冰鎮鱈場蟹腳絲絲蟹肉，入口有海水味日式海膽蒸蛋當然係為咗上邊粒海膽啦即切牛扒牛味中等不過夠Juicy必掃甜品非Movenpick莫屬同場還有不同件裝蛋糕、甜品杯、日式和菓子等
