To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

價錢合理味道唔錯的車仔麵

因工作需要去上環，記憶中的上環食一個午餐最平都要$40以上(唔計M記/KXC)，本來沒打算在此午餐，但當天因下雨延誤了行程。在街上走過一間又一間餐廳，餐牌多數為$40以上，等待的人也多。此店在路角，當時沒有人在等，看到餐牌價錢，3餸麵配汽水$35，最後我沒要汽水收$32。我點了牛腩/豬腸/雞翼+米線。米線比起譚X連鎖店的分量為少，但由於店員一個個麵煮，所以煮得不太軟，可以入口。牛腩略硬，未夠入味。豬腸入味加上脂肪不多，好吃。雞翼浸在滷水汁已久，一入口骨肉分離，但未能全隻入味。職員很勤奮的收碗收杯。整體來說，$32在上環食到個午餐，味道也不錯。

Other Info. : 留意職員會直接問你喝咩，餐牌寫包汽水，沒寫不要汽水是多少錢。 如當天胃口好的，麵量可能不足。
