銅鑼灣一向都係美食集中地,但講到樓上既餐廳就要去發掘發掘。今次試既京花朝,佢主打既就係罕見既京菜!首先試左佢個砂鍋雲吞雞,佢既雲吞同出面既唔同,係菜肉,而皮都非常薄,好正!入口即溶既感覺!!另外個雞湯都煲到好濃,雪白色,一絕!另外都試左佢個糖糟魚塊,酸同甜既比例岩岩好,重點係個魚都非常滑,食入口仲可以保持到果陣脆口既感覺!蔥爆牛肉就正正常常啦,牛肉好稔,蔥亦無比牛肉多10倍咁,都真係幾唔錯~ 會再番轉頭食!
