To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇諗過喺九龍城區都可以食到大件抵食又好味嘅西餐，一向九龍城區俾人的感覺都是食泰國菜的，比較少西方的食物，今次食到呢一間真係估唔到有驚喜。價錢又合理，又大碟味道又好味半隻燒乳豬，不是港式的燒豬那種有厚度的脆皮，這款是超薄皮，但又有薄脆的感覺，肉質厚肉，但很柔嫩，鹹味適中，食得多都會比較油膩，但配上醬汁可以把油膩減一半。再配上蜜瓜火腿沙律，蜜瓜清甜爽脆，再配上火腿，火腿果味重煙銀，食落鹹鹹的火腿配上甜甜的蜜瓜
