Restaurant: Home Feel (Jaffe Road)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燭光晚會前醫肚,維園附近食乜都貴,一般茶記起碼40蚊落樓,最平的小巴黎在屯門食到厭哂,最後花小姐發辦行遠些少,幫襯謝斐道的「住家菜」。此店標榜著「無味精」,Home Feel的廣東菜,老火湯幾乎每檯都有,本晚的是鯊魚骨煲響螺,算不錯,對於飲慣湯如本貓,就無乜特別。小菜方面點了3個,分別是蜜餞蒜香排骨、鐵板鳳陽豆腐和檸檬蒸烏頭,條魚蒸得唔錯,起碼肉不會「鞋」;其餘兩個菜都甜甜地,適合送飯。花小姐少吃排骨、魚怕多骨,最期待的是豆腐,點知個豆腐加了豆瓣醬,見上面少少椒絲怕辣…伯母跟草小姐勸喻下終於肯吃些少,就是嘛!豆瓣醬只甜不辣。一如過往,加菲貓肩負清場責任,幾乎包起三碟餸。埋單兩舊多點,平均40-50蚊一碟,免加一兼有甜品送,都幾抵食;服務員又非常醒目,適時添茶遞紙巾,唔錯唔錯。
