大家考試過關,同幾個FD出來慶祝一下豪一次...餐廳環境唔錯,暗暗地,幾有情調,坐低都幾舒服,不過最重要都係食物呢度貴精不貴多,所有肉分量都好少,4個人去食,基本上每人一件都分得七七八八,一碟肉大約$75左右,計落~$20一件服務OK,侍應每上菜,都會耐心同我地講解款肉點燒最好食,佢地講得好快,我地都唔係太接收得到,所以,清一色,半生熟果味牛肋骨: 唔使點任何醬料,已經可以食到佢隻汁的香味,甜甜地極上一口牛:切成一粒粒,個形狀睇落好難燒,表面熟,入面紅紅地已經OK可以上碟厚切牛胸腹:只係欣賞牛表面接近完美的雪花已經值回票價份量好夠,只食肉一定唔會飽,最好一定要食炒飯先夠醫肚...又炒得幾香,獲氣夠,和牛唔會太熟o係度食,佢會提供三款唔同o既醬料可以點,鼓油、lemon同糖,個人認為款款都唔好點,咁先可以原汁原味
