自從上次食過土瓜灣8度海逸自助餐後,覺得真係好啱自己食,心思思下不足一個月又去多次,意想不到已經又改動了食物陣容,比上次更吸引,講多無謂,一於同大家分享下。生蠔因為衛生與成本問題,香港好多自助餐已經無生蠔供應,除非收得好貴,又或者用平價蠔頂住,但意想不到,竟然有法國 Fine De Claire 以及美國 Taylor Pacific Rock兩款供應,實在有點令人喜出望外。兩款蠔都係即開,而且食到離場都仲有,確實係一個回本位。即煮海鮮魚湯煮鮑魚、東風螺、鮮蝦、青口、鮮魷及沙白,夠晒鮮味。值得一提係醬燒鮑魚,用上新鮮鮑魚即烤,塗上醬汁好香口,而且口感Q彈。另外有上次食過既蒜蓉辣椒焗蠔及芝士焗蠔,兩款 refill 得都好快,個人就鍾意蒜蓉辣椒,因為辣辣地夠惹味。海鮮因為有即開生蠔,所以海鮮類只有長腳蟹爪、青口、翡翠螺及海蝦,但質素一點都不差,所以見好多人拎大盤蟹爪慢慢嘆。刺身係Buffet有和牛刺身真係好少見,尤其是放係刺身吧旁邊,知道既人不多,論油份又真的不多,反而帶肉香。至於刺身有成五吋長赤蝦,仲有赤貝、魷魚、三文魚、吞拿魚、鯖魚、油甘魚、玉子及蟹柳,種類是出奇地多,而且質素不錯。

生蠔

因為衛生與成本問題,香港好多自助餐已經無生蠔供應,除非收得好貴,又或者用平價蠔頂住,但意想不到,竟然有法國 Fine De Claire 以及美國 Taylor Pacific Rock兩款供應,實在有點令人喜出望外。

西湯是南瓜忌廉湯,入口幾甜滑,而中湯就係蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯,好有家常湯的感覺。

上次沒遇上的芒果拿破崙,今次再度出現,當然成了受圍剿的對象,出得快,消失得亦快,芒果是預期中的香甜,夾層的酥脆口感,滋味無窮。

Tiramisu是原個上,不減個人對佢鍾愛,濕潤的口感,可可粉的甘甜,非常出色。

其他甜品仲有北海道3.6牛乳布甸、迷你雜錦法式蛋糕、日式芝士蛋糕、榴槤慕絲餅、雜果香檳Jelly、牛油麵包布甸配雲呢拿汁、奧利奧曲奇芝士餅、班蘭雪坊蛋糕、栗子忌廉蛋糕、紐約芝士蛋糕、法式焦糖燉蛋、果汁Jelly以及葡撻,其實水準好好,但好多都係原個上,經常給客人弄得一塌糊塗,影響了感觀,如果可以改成迷你版會好好多。

至於水果就有菠蘿、哈蜜瓜及西瓜,食得太飽都要幫助消化。
