成年冇見的友人,有大把話題,所以揀了日式燒肉放題,而且有埋刺身及日本料理任食,不用煩點菜,想食咩都得,晚上有分時段收費,我地食120分鐘,每位$258,加$30可任飲。座位間有距離,不侷促,張枱仲夠大,可以放唒食物。有電子menu極之方便,揀選好食物,用電子memu提交,極快送來食物,而且服務貼心又有禮貌。先上刺物船,好大隻好有氣勢,裝飾又靚。有三文魚、八爪魚、松葉蟹棒、劍魚、北寄貝、甜蝦、榮螺、魷魚、玉子卷等等。三文魚好肥美好油潤,八爪魚同榮螺都夠彈牙,松葉蟹棒啖啖肉。甜蝦好大隻,鮮甜嫩滑。北寄貝好爽口,魷魚也柔軟好味。反而劍魚同玉子卷較普通。第二輪點多了帶子,味道好好,軟腍鮮甜,好似入口化開般嫩口。海膽三文魚籽手卷必食,雖然海膽較少,但味道甘甜,加上魚籽爆發咸鮮味,唔使醬油都夠味,紫菜仲脆卜卜。飲品多數$20/罐,我地每人都飲左2-3罐,所以一開始就揀加$30任飲比較抵。菠蘿芬達少見,加上我未飲過,原來都幾好飲幾新奇,有菠蘿味唔會飲返d悶野。再來日式燒飲盛合拼盤,有齊牛肉、豬肉。燒啦燒啦,日式用網燒,較適合燒牛肉,有別於韓燒的鐵板。極上牛小排好有油香,肉質柔軟。豚肉片好爽口,好肉豬

伊賀一口牛好juicy好有咬口,帶骨牛肋肉好似牛仔骨咁,牛味濃又有咬勁。

虎蝦好易燒,殻紅離肉就食得,都易去殻,肉質彈牙蝦味突出。牛舌爽口,豚肉腸脆皮,腸肉香口惹味。
豬大腸同羊肉片較普通。反而三款不同口味的雞翼都好正,入味得來燒得皮脆肉嫩,有款辣的更香更惹味。

最抵讚係分開裝的龍脷柳,不但防止魚肉痴燒網,分開來燒更易控制燒熟,魚肉嫩腍又滑,好有香草味,唔腥仲好味。
京蔥燒後好香有微微辛辣,夾牛肉食一流。墨魚仔都易痴網又縮水,但好快燒熟,雖然細粒左,但都彈牙美味。
菠蘿用新鮮的切得較大片,自己中意點燒都得,我較喜歡燒得又香又微焦,咬落juicy多汁。
