To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我都係喺OpenRice先睇到原來麗豪有自助餐食 價錢仲要唔貴 唔知會唔會有伏呢 抱住冇期望嘅心情去食 竟然係出乎意料之外wo 自助餐嘢食種類都多 一入門口就俾佢個任食movenpick雪糕櫃吸引住 仲有一系列嘅甜品 再行入啲就見到好吸睛嘅海鮮區 有青口 蜆 同埋我最鍾意嘅長腳蟹呀 唔係講笑 成餐不停咁食長腳蟹回本 食咗成10條 已經變成剝蟹腳達人 蟹肉鮮甜大大啖好滿足 沙律bar選擇都多 重點係呢度除咗有芝士粉之外 仲有煙肉碎 cold cut亦都好多款 仲有cheese platter呀 冇諗過呢個價錢都可以有咁多款選擇 其他熟食區就不過不失啦 呢排做緊澳葡主題 有特色葡撻 烤乳豬 蟹粥 都可以一試呀 仲有邊爐區 好得意可以自己揀配料打邊爐一定要試佢嘅藥膳湯底 真係好香好甜就咁飲咗幾碗湯 雖然呢度冇朱古力噴泉 但每枱有朱古力火鍋 可以出面攞生果同棉花糖自己玩 好開心 仲想讚吓佢個芒果西米露 有大量芒果又唔會太甜 建議喺側邊加個涼粉 再攞一個movenpick 雲呢拿雪糕擺上去食 即刻變到好高級嘅甜品夜晚仲有表演火焰雪山蛋糕 不過我哋太飽冇食啦 最後同朋友兩個食咗六盒雪糕🤣 回本之
