海南雞飯拼巴生肉骨茶 先試下個肉骨茶,睇到有杞子,豬肉連骨,仲有啲蒜頭,蒜頭係衣🧐好特別!咁一啖咬落個蒜頭,裏面係煮到林曬嘅,仲有肉骨茶的甜味,又幾好食👍個湯因為有洋蔥杞子嘅關係,都偏甜,腐竹同豆卜都吸曬肉骨茶的湯汁,每一啖咬落去都有肉骨茶湯泌出嚟,感覺好滿足!而整體未算好重藥材味 適合大眾口味。唔錯!海南雞飯個飯無薑絲係入面但食到薑味, 主菜海南雞一咬落去好香雞油味!建議可以咩都唔點食左舊雞,感受下先。而三色醬既濃黑醬油甜甜咸咸咁,酸辣汁就甜甜酸酸唔算好辣,薑蓉就感覺到佢係同海南雞既薑飯係同一隻味,薑味唔算出,同埋唔辣嘅。雞肉大部分都好滑,係有幾舊可能厚身啲,部位問題所以就會比較實淨,整體都係好香雞味同滑的。同埋其實分量都幾多,食極都仲有雞肉,同埋配左青瓜片,可以係食到覺得漏嘅時候,咬啖青瓜,清新一下口腔,再食😆我發現個醬最好係紅色溝黑色,辣辣甜甜酸酸又有啲鹹,同雞好夾!食完海南雞再飲多啖肉骨茶,就會發現肉骨茶嘅味道會變苦咗少少,藥材味出咗,建議都係熱飲好飲d。最後飲埋杯凍美祿哥斯拉, 完美!❤️
