喇沙係小妹近來既至愛,但黎得呢度又想食埋海南雞,不過兩個人始終食唔到咁多,剛好餐廳有供應海南雞喇沙,咁就可以試晒兩樣喇。

喇沙既賣相好似頗不錯啊,驟眼睇湯底既顏色味道應該唔錯吧!? 而且料都不少,有豆卜、半隻熟蛋及幾件海南雞。

先呷一口湯底,湯底味道濃稠,帶有甜甜的椰香和鮮味,味道易入口又惹味:麵條質感彈牙,掛湯力不錯,還有至愛那吸收了湯汁的豆卜,真係好好味! 雖然當中的海南雞肉質嫩滑,不過配上喇沙好似有點不夾,還是分開上較好

呢份椒鹽軟殼蟹真係好抵食,裡頭大約有3-4隻原隻軟殼蟹切開黎炸,每件份量都唔細,熱辣辣咬落啖啖肉夠香脆,配埋椒鹽同食,真係啖啖都好邪惡好惹味。係出面比較少食到這種份量十足既軟殼蟹,就算有都唔夠呢度既大隻,仲有伴碟既四大塊炸蝦片,同樣又脆又好食!
