To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為公司棟大廈出左個外賣自取app，所以有優惠，俾八蚊就可以食到個晏。但十一點開始，好多餐廳都peak，唔再接order，所以最後揀左呢間。因為啲單寫左你個名，所以唔會攞錯或俾早到嘅人攞左，所以一去到就可以拎。拎到返嚟，一打開就「嘩」一聲，因為我估唔到個份量係咁大份，四寶嘅種類竟然唔係得紅腸魷魚，而係有齊叉燒，燒肉，切雞，紅腸再加半隻咸蛋。份量同性價比竟奇高啦，淨係隻咸蛋都夠我食晒成兜飯了。因為我一向麻麻地叉燒，所以還好。佢有肥有瘦，但有啲位就硬左小小，唔夠腍。而切雞就唔夠滑。燒肉個皮好脆，啲肉唔會好乾好硬，呢個唔錯。而紅腸我自己本身唔鐘意食，但佢唔會好咸，所以我諗算ok。以八蚊嚟講十分滿意，以正價55蚊嚟講，喺中環，咁嘅份量，仲有例湯，都好唔錯架啦。
