To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小編原本冇諗過寫大家樂這個食評,但因為覺得餐牌的相片和實物既分量相差太遠,所以不吐不快~今日大約1045去到旺角依間大家樂時已經有唔少人,可能大家都趕住1100前買早餐~ 等左5分鐘,終於搵到位,反而攞食物仲要等~ 由於冇左牛尾湯扭紋粉,小編同朋友就隨意叫左兩個有圖片既餐1) 豉油皇炒麵.火腿 $21小編第一眼見到佢就諗點解份量咁細? 同張圖個份量好似差得遠左d,以女性的食量食完都未必夠飽~ 其實除左份量細之外,味道都算ok~(2) 鮮奶麥皮.火腿/腸仔/餐肉.烚蛋.多士 $23加左$2將麥皮轉左沙爹牛肉扭紋粉沙爹牛肉扭紋粉的沙爹味比較淡,牛肉唔算太韌,味道一般啦~ 多士烤得香脆,比想像中好食~ 火腿同烚蛋中規中矩~小編今次寫這個食評最主要係想表達餐牌圖片和事實有d不符,如果早知早餐分量唔多,寧可直接食午餐性價比高d~

小編第一眼見到佢就諗點解份量咁細? 同張圖個份量好似差得遠左d,以女性的食量食完都未必夠飽~ 其實除左份量細之外,味道都算ok~
