To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又係香港仔食早餐,行到圖書館樓下見到有呢間野既餐牌,好似幾抵食,就上左5/F領教一下。原來係間社企餐廳,黎到幫我地落單既係一位傷健人士,雖然慢少少,不過都幾準確。我叫左個燒牛扒早餐,配雙蛋、茄汁焗豆、多士。餐飲要咖啡。全單$32。價錢唔算平,而且份量比較細,茄汁焗豆仲要凍冰冰,但支持傷健人士絕對值得。而且咖啡係機出既,幾好飲。呢度有政府wifi,有冷氣,係香港仔中心難得既地方。早市呢度人客唔多,可能老區大家鍾意去茶記多啲。

價錢唔算平,而且份量比較細,茄汁焗豆仲要凍冰冰,但支持傷健人士絕對值得。而且咖啡係機出既,幾好飲。
