To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今晚選咗一個雜扒餐,結果令我絕頂失望。唔感覺到個餐係熱嘅,啲黑椒汁係近乎凝固嘅,要大力搖先滴到落個鐵板度。滴落去,係無熱嘅感覺,即係個板唔夠熱啦。個粟米肉粒飯仲離譜,完全唔熱,食到中間,同冷飯無乜分別。最後唔敢再食落去。係咪要懷舊到食物質素去番未轉logo之前?
