To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友食生日飯,見到呢間有六折優惠,所以我哋二話不說就揀咗呢間,雖然平咗,但係食完覺得好有驚喜,十分超值!而家店內裝修夠日系,師傅都介紹得好詳盡!一共有14貫壽司,其中一道係長崎縣伊佐木。伊佐木用左用昆布醃,配上柚子酸汁,同上面既辣蘿蔔蓉,食落好夠味,又有層次!大分縣深海池魚都好出色,師傅用火槍燒過,將魚油逼出嚟,師傅都有介紹係因為當日深海池魚既魚油脂夠多,所以可以用呢個方式,令整體更香口🤤另外,靜岡縣金目鯛配搭左麵豉醬,味道酸酸甜甜,肉質都好肥美😋呢道係直接交到手中既北海道扁貝 ,用醬油醃製後再炙燒,所以食落幾香口,夾埋紫菜一啖食,又香又脆,口感一流😆北海道馬糞海膽亦好顯出食材既高質,不單份量多,而且味道好鮮甜,十分濃郁,十分滿足🥰最後一道係大拖羅,都係又師傅直接遞上,大拖上面配上wasabi,令整體唔會太膩,同魚油配合剛好👍🏻甜品係自家製既抹茶奶凍,上面係濃濃既抹茶,可以解一解膩,下面則係好滑溜既奶凍,唔會太甜,係好完滿既句號😎
