Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日同朋友去食餐好既到了尖沙咀金巴利道LAB EAT Restaurant & Bar 好快就安排好入去了個環境真係唔錯,令人好舒服慢慢睇下食咩先叫左新鮮生蠔,法式黑松露牛油香草焗田螺,lab eat punch,white sangria,瑞士傳統即溶芝士配火腿,法式燉蛋配法式泡芙,daily dessert special,香煎鱸魚先食餐前包,黑松露牛油真係幾香新鮮生蠔-好鮮味,有幾夠既海水味道,正呀法式黑松露牛油香草焗田螺-黑松露味唔算太勁唔會蓋過所有味,田螺就都幾香口lab eat punch-幾好果味,口感不錯white sangria-入面有幾層味道,飲落幾好feel瑞士傳統即溶芝士配火腿-店員即時熱辣辣成片咁切出黎,芝士味又唔會好濃完全蓋過所有味道,仲配合左沙律菜及火腿都唔錯香煎鱸魚-魚肉好香好滑,醬汁好creamy,蘆筍都好鮮好嫩法式燉蛋配法式泡芙,daily dessert special法式燉蛋配法式泡芙上面燒過既糖燒到脆身又唔會太甜都真係幾好食蛋糕朱古力味幾濃
