平時到好鐘意食牛扒,但好多時係餐廳食到既質素未必係同個價錢相符,所以今日就試下去凍肉鋪買反去自己煮澳洲M9和牛肉眼扒牛肉油脂分佈得好平圴, 而且表面唔會好暗啞仲keep到鮮肉既顏色,簡單的煎烤之後,大理石油脂開始融化,和牛口感嫩滑,無乜筋膜,入口即融化落入口中。澳洲和牛有豐富的肉汁,所以咬下去,就會在嘴裏溢出香濃的肉汁澳洲M6和牛肉眼扒M6既油脂雖然會比M9既少,但就可以食到更加多牛肉既味道,係煎之前用少許的鹽便能夠引出澳洲和牛的香濃肉味特大刺身帆立貝柱帆立貝好大件同厚肉, 肉質夠實淨同有彈性外表色澤透白又甜,囉黎做刺身就岩岩好
