To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經一段時間沒有到訪尖沙咀的嘉麟樓星期六午餐時間相約爸爸來飲茶當然兩個人只可以點一些點心或簡單菜式享用大家安坐好後,泡一壺茶解解渴茶味極其清、爽渴到嘴裡滿口生香,回味悠長吃過茶先來點琥珀合桃作前菜,合桃口感酥脆一吃停不了口,多吃幾件是自然不過的事情﹗香脆甜蜜.作為頭盤前菜,實在當之無愧讓午飯帶來一個美好的開始隨著點了個小炒海參王打開頭陣這個做法也有一點新意思,把大蔥,洋蔥切絲海參王切成條片,把海參加入醬汁爆香海參吸收大蔥的鮮香和醬汁的甜味,全部吸入海參之內海參其肉壁肥厚而具軟韌度,香甜不膩口感爽脆彈牙吃了一片忍不住要再吃一片蒸瑶柱蘿蔔糕,配料十足蝦米,乾元貝是上等貨色,而且蘿蔔夠多爸爸就是喜歡剛剛蒸熟趁熱食熱辣辣的蘿蔔糕,中間軟綿綿,味道清甜多汁!蘸點辣椒醬,其味無窮,吃得上癮豪皇义燒包,上桌時熱燙燙的鬆軟的口感,內餡叉燒甜度亦來得剛剛好味道非常棒,實在討人歡喜另外蝦餃,燒賣,特色茶果等等水準都絕不失禮,品質真的不錯還是那句老話 小吃多滋味,多吃壞肚皮今天吃這幾個菜式已經好足夠我們了
