To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過茶木嗰陣俾佢嘅最新Menu吸引住一眼就已經睇中咗個羅氏蝦龍蝦汁手作麵。佢仲可以升級做晚市套餐，可以跟前菜或者甜品，勁正⚠️羅氏蝦雖然得一隻，但係勝在夠大，而且個頭仲有膏。龍蝦汁掛咗喺每一條意粉上面，味道尚算濃郁。可以追加一份菜 健康d,味道都唔錯雞蛋係流心嘅雞白同蛋黃都入味蝦餅彈牙厚度足，有甜酸辣醬比你點第二個餐係雞扒肉燥飯，肉燥份量多，基本上每單飯都可以沾到肉燥食，雞扒肉好嫩滑雞翼入味但又唔會太重味珍珠有咬口，叫左少甜，加埋杯邊嘅脆脆甜度岩岩好。表面仲有奶蓋，真係邪惡又吸引水果茶就清新好多，而且飲完之後店員仲可以幫我繼續加熱水逐杯，成餐食完，但係果茶仲好有味甜品方面我哋揀咗窩夫同埋鳳梨酥。窩夫嘅質地有少少酥皮嘅感覺，加埋啲朱古力醬，識落熱辣辣都幾好食。而鳳梨酥嘅鳳梨餡就係酸甜酸甜，個皮唔會好厚，上枱嘅時候一樣係熱辣辣，所以食落感覺好似比平時自己買來食嘅好食整體嚟講我覺得佢食物嘅水平都係比較高質，而且因為套餐，所以其實唔貴，幾抵食
