我們一行六人到達餐廳,為的是吃佢六十個月的火腿!而家諗起都流僅口水。立即去相⋯麵包:熱辣辣。侍應見我地好快食完,馬上拎上另一藍新包黎。夠細心。60個月火腿($2xx):年份耐點,味道果然香淳點。望落好似好肥,以為好易制。其實係一點都不漏,非常香口,再配上紅酒⋯就係咁,我一個人都食左半碟⋯⋯呢個價錢,我會形容係'抵食夾大件'今晚叫左呢三支酒(2紅1白):佢地有個好厚既酒list...決定叫waiter介紹。總括黎講,呢三支酒都ok,好配合點既菜式。Fusion魚刺身: 唔記得係咪劍魚刺身。哩個fusion刺身菜出奇咁夾!佢個sauce有少少咸味,取代左一般日本醬油點刺身既概念,有驚喜⋯牛肉他他:由於對全生牛肉冇咩興趣,只淺嘗左2啖,感覺係滑。小食:以為普普通通,但鹽花既分佈好平均,值得一讚。燒雞:juice,香口。但六個人食的話,分量就好似少了點。牛架(約1kg): grill完既香味一上菜已經聞到。我地order5成熟,外層香口,內層軟熟。仲有牛既脂肪留係囗腔度,加一囗紅酒,非常回味!!海鮮意大利飯:每一口都好有香濃蝦汁味道。味道較重口味。蘋果tart:香,但好甜,我覺得襯紅酒可bal
