To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早有book台, 去到店家已經預留位置, 不用等候.點了一個$1900的廚師發辦.首先來的有茶碗蒸, 蛋加入了黑松露和木魚湯, 味道十分不錯, 黑松露香氣突出.日本石班, 魚肉吃下去十分新鮮, 伴著辣椒蘿蔔和豉油, 十分開胃.時令秋刀魚, 同樣十分新鮮, 魚油香特別突出.白子, 吃下去有濃郁的蛋白味, 下面的汁是蛋黃, 好像要用另一種方法還原一隻雞蛋, 非常有心思.深海池魚, 切得比較厚身, 魚肉爽彈, 有口感, 十分好吃.BB油甘魚, 油甘魚吃得多, 但BB油甘還是第一次吃, 油份比普通的油甘多很多, 伴著柚子醬, 十分清新.中拖羅, 我覺得是刺身中最好吃的, 那種肉質, 油香是別的魚不能給的.海膽杯, 海膽份量非常多, 有海水味, 微甜.最後來了一份靜岡青蜜瓜, 上面加了一點威士忌, 做法非常特別.非常滿足的一餐

白子, 吃下去有濃郁的蛋白味, 下面的汁是蛋黃, 好像要用另一種方法還原一隻雞蛋, 非常有心思.

深海池魚, 切得比較厚身, 魚肉爽彈, 有口感, 十分好吃.

BB油甘魚, 油甘魚吃得多, 但BB油甘還是第一次吃, 油份比普通的油甘多很多, 伴著柚子醬, 十分清新.

中拖羅, 我覺得是刺身中最好吃的, 那種肉質, 油香是別的魚不能給的.

海膽杯, 海膽份量非常多, 有海水味, 微甜.

最後來了一份靜岡青蜜瓜, 上面加了一點威士忌, 做法非常特別.
