今日放假行銅鑼灣,行到登龍街見好多餐廳,open rice 一下,搵到JK kitchen 食越南菜,心郁郁想試吓。上到樓,餐廳裝修簡約舒適。有一種悠閒寫意嘅感覺,唔似一般越菜餐廳又嘈又迫。除咗一般湯河檬粉仲有小菜,幾多選擇。呢個係越式春卷湯河,碗河粉好大碗,條條河粉都好幼滑,湯底清甜。春卷炸得好脆,涵料十足,點埋附上嘅魚露,酸酸地好惹味。呢個係生熟牛肉pho, 牛肉有咬口,湯底比春卷河濃啲啲,河粉一樣幼滑。侍應不停幫我地加水,招呼周到。越式甘蔗蝦,呢個係越菜必食,蝦肉炸到金黃色,賣相好吸引。蝦肉好入味,食完成隻蝦肉,一定要食埋甘蔗,啜吓啲甘蔗汁,清甜味美,中和返炸蝦嘅熱氣。呢條甘蔗除咗有甜味,仲有啲蝦味,混埋一齊好特別。總結,呢一餐性價比甚高。
