To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夥計態度惡劣，當客人係仇人

今早帶同小狗在新娘潭行山後，在汀角路附近搵嘢食早餐，見呢間有戶外座位，歡迎帶狗。於戶外找到吉枱，完全無人招呼，夥計態度散漫，愛理不理，鬧神鬧鬼。環境衛生欠佳，食物質素一般，又貴又唔好食。戶外座位遮光不足，太陽曝曬。最後自己入去攞咗中式點心，燒賣用雪藏肉，雪氣味都未過，粉果餡真係好似一舊粉，排骨真係得舊骨。除咗叫做戶外可以帶狗，真係一無是處。最難頂係其中一個阿姐，黑口黑面，不斷與客人嗌交，其實做得咁唔開心，不如唔好做。
