之前apm見到好多人排隊已經好想試,今次大埔開店,特登早啲在晚餐時間前食,排咗10分鐘就有得食。枱上已放咗一杯杯芽菜丶香葉丶青檸,枱面仲貼有食粉嘅方法。點完唔使5分鐘仲有得食。食法係先飲一口湯,我個人覺得係湯面浮咗一層油,我估為咗啲湯可以保持熱度啩,湯嘅味道幾好,但又唔敢飲太多。牛肉份量都幾多,以生熟牛肉粉為例,4大舊熟牛肉配幾片細生牛肉。粉嘅份量就明顯少咗啲,男人的話應該不太足夠…越式春卷,即炸,熱辣辣,係幾好味!唔使半個鐘就食完,但門口已排咗幾十人,想食就要早啲排隊喇!
