今日和朋友聚餐,突然想去間偏遠少少的餐廳試試,就來到這個南華會的餐廳吃中菜。我們人少少,所以點了前菜香炸豆腐,蒜拍青瓜。豆腐很乾身,灑上七味粉,很香口好吃。青瓜蒜味濃郁,青爽惹味,作為前菜一流,很醒胃。之後就點了豉油皇煎虎蝦,茶壺工夫湯,廚師推介的米皇魚湯浸龍躉球和鲍汁雞粒飯。首先上的是每人一客的茶壺湯,湯味濃郁到很像雞汁一般,真材實料,飲後覺得行滋補的感覺。而魚湯浸龍躉,下面配有菜,吸收哂魚湯的香味,龍躉鮮甜香滑。虎蝦配上豉油去煎得很香口惹味,大大隻,啖啖肉,肉質新鮮,爽口彈牙。最後再食埋鮑汁雞粒飯,用瓦煲上,熱辣辣,底下有少許飯焦十分香口。炒飯用上燴飯方式,很濃鮑汁味,很好食!
