To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係6月第1個星期3， 又係會員8折優惠日。未放工已經拎定飛， 但都要等左40幾張枱差唔多1hr先到我地。元氣真係冇咩特別食物， 但係8折太吸引。我地2個人食左300蚊（折後）， 真係幾抵。但我地2個真心腦殘，不停點同1樣既壽司， 唔知發生咩事我覺得最有驚喜係上面有蔥既炙燒蔥香赤鯥，係期間張定， 上面既蔥炸到好香， 而魚炙燒完之後出晒魚既油脂， 真係好好食另1款推薦係帆立貝配日向夏柑橘汁，有d酸甜解下膩，上面既生紫洋蔥食落去好清爽，好爽個帶子其他壽司就唔講啦， 正正常常

我覺得最有驚喜係上面有蔥既炙燒蔥香赤鯥，係期間張定， 上面既蔥炸到好香， 而魚炙燒完之後出晒魚既油脂， 真係好好食
