To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 由於今日掛黃雨嘅關係,所以揀咗呢間喺商場入面嘅東南亞餐廳食tea。店內裝修好有特色,卡位充足,令食客坐得舒服,無壓逼感及有私人空間。食物嘅價錢好大眾化,下午茶餐三十幾蚊起包飲品,食物的質素很不錯。最终我選擇冬蔭功豬頸肉炒烏冬和星洲炒金邊粉。前者有驚喜,豬頸肉份量唔少,夠薄而且醃料很入味;由於用冬蔭功炒嘅關係,所以好惹味,適合嗜味濃一族,值得一試。後者卻有點失色,星州炒法一般用咖喱,但整體味道偏淡,毫無咖喱香味,更枉論如大排檔星洲炒米般嘅鑊氣。另外,肉絲配料少得可憐,整碟也只有三條左右的肉絲碎,差點以為光顧“功德林”吧!雖然如此,下次再掛黃雨或红雨時,我仍會再試一次,因為目測鄰座的海南雞飯也命不該绝,所以會有下次……

最终我選擇冬蔭功豬頸肉炒烏冬和星洲炒金邊粉。前者有驚喜,豬頸肉份量唔少,夠薄而且醃料很入味;由於用冬蔭功炒嘅關係,所以好惹味,適合嗜味濃一族,值得一試。


後者卻有點失色,星州炒法一般用咖喱,但整體味道偏淡,毫無咖喱香味,更枉論如大排檔星洲炒米般嘅鑊氣。另外,肉絲配料少得可憐,整碟也只有三條左右的肉絲碎,差點以為光顧“功德林”吧!


雖然如此,下次再掛黃雨或红雨時,我仍會再試一次,因為目測鄰座的海南雞飯也命不該绝,所以會有下次……
