To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去黃大仙醫院探完阿媽,落去南館,是旦食,見到呢間東南亞菜,試下啦入去個哥哥問幾多人,兩個呀,門口有張枱,佢話呢度啦,真係門口, 但入便有吉枱喎……我同家姐共識地行入去,哥哥話:喂等人安排…勁無禮貌,我地都係入左去,有幾張無人坐嘅枱,坐低,有QR 落單,我用啦,但係qr同餐牌有d唔同(可能我未睇清楚)咁我咪叫侍應落單囉,我想要一個大馬站煲,佢毫不禮貌講: 講號碼,號碼呀,我即刻講:下,你地d服務態度原來係咁,佢又即時好返少少點左大馬站煲(餐),咸魚芥蘭同無骨鳳爪大馬站煲係無蝦醬味(呢個可能係我期待姐,個個鄉下唔同,我唔知佢係泰定大馬,所以我唔敢講佢呢個菜啱唔啱)跟個白飯,唔好啦,個飯爛哂,又未到一pat,,又唔飯又唔粥,想點?咸魚芥蘭,d菜硬過我個菠蘿蓋,無骨鳳爪,又唔辣又唔酸服務態度差,野又難食……我好禮貌問佢攞隻碗,服務員同我講果邊……即係自己拎啦……為左呢間嘢,我唔怕驗証上open rice第一次 寫食評真係我覺得最差嘅一間以上只係我個人感受

週末與家人到黃大仙逛街時,順道到位於南館的「漁樂」吃午飯。餐廳環境寬敞,可能因為人流不多,我們並不需要等候便可入座 🤭🌟我們點了海南雞飯和豬扒喇沙湯麵,並額外加點了一客蝦餅作為小食。主食的表現中規中矩,海南雞肉質滑嫩,搭配的米飯香味適中,而喇沙湯底濃郁,豬扒也算入味,算是穩定發揮 👍🏻但真正影響用餐感受的是蝦餅。🥲 實物和菜單上的圖大不相符。蝦餅的大小僅有小指般長,與圖片有明顯落差,性價比偏低,甚至聽到鄰桌的客人也在抱怨同樣的問題,似乎不只我們有這樣的感受 😓🙂↕️此外,餐廳的服務水平也有待提升。用餐期間叫了幾次店員都沒有得到回應,當詢問是否可以加水時,甚至直接叫我們自己斟。總括而言,餐廳的食物合格,但小食的質量和服務態度實在有改善空間😕

平日早餐時段做到11:30我點了一碗札肉火腿肉絲米粉湯底濃濃的雞蛋味,札肉好有口感,可惜份量少炒蛋有奶香味,炒得唔鬆散,美觀隨餐附送厚蒜油多士,搽既蒜油醬一點唔吝嗇,淡淡牛油香味,齒頰留香另外熱飲點了椰香咖啡濃濃椰奶代替傳統淡奶第一次係茶餐廳有椰奶咖啡飲
