Restaurant: Woodlands Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛喺附近開完會，漫無目的地揾地方吃中午飯的時候，俾我發現到一間印度素食餐廳。 第一次在香港試一間咁地道同擁有傳統風味的印度餐廳，餐廳裝修以木色和金色作為主調，裏面大多都是印度籍的員工。 他們也很細心為我們解說餐牌上的食物，還推介我們一些菜式，於是我們點了Dahi Batata Puri $65，Woodlands Special Thali with Poori $135，Paper Masala Dosa $85，Masala Tea $35。Dahi Batata Puri ~ 很開心在香港也能搵到這個味道，幾年之前到印度已經見過這一款食物， 當時在街頭小吃看到的。餡料入面是有綠豆酸乳酪，食到有甜酸辣三種不同的味道，又開胃又惹味！Paper Masala Dosa ~ 這款是店員推介給我們的， 無論賣相和味道都是攞滿分。 薄薄的一大塊薄餅卷， 又香又脆可以點醬汁食用。薄餅卷裏面還有咖哩薯仔蓉，正！Woodlands Special Thali with Poori ~ 這一款特色印度拼盤裏面， 包括有八種不同種類的醬料， 這8種醬料入面都是用素食材製成的，例如有椰奶，咖哩葉，扁豆

飯&印度薄餅享用，感覺特別又好味！




Masala Tea ~ 這一款飲品我在印度的時候已經愛上了，今次有機會響香港飲返同一個味道， 實在太開心！茶香奶濃的味道，值得推介！



平時有很多餐廳食了一次之後都未必會返轉頭， 但是我很喜歡這間印度素食餐廳，味道正宗， 餐廳環境乾淨舒適，推介給喜歡吃印度菜的朋友！
