無論夏天定冬天 打邊爐都係晚飯好選擇今日係銅鑼灣gei 重慶劉一手火鍋入邊設計好有鄉村風味 坐落感覺好舒服有一種遠離凡囂gei 舒適感本身我地都好想試佢個九宮格 但怕菜食麻辣會好油所以叫左半個麻辣 小辣 半個係滋補豬骨湯佢個麻辣只係小辣 但食落已經好刺激辣中帶麻  令人慾罷不能呢一邊白色gei 係豬骨湯 有香濃藥材味 舊豬骨就咁食都好好味喺食野前 緊係要整自己喜歡gei 沾醬呢度個調味吧雖然簡單 但調味料都好新鮮手切牛頸隻 - 淨係睇個樣 油脂分佈均勻 顏色鮮紅 就知道好食食落牛味食濃 咬落口感非常好手切肉眼邊 - 呢個比起牛頸隻 佢牛味無咁重 但肉質比較嫩滑 係另一種口感黎牛舌 - 個牛舌切得好薄 所以快速咁滾幾秒就食得嫁喇佢食落好爽口彈牙 因為切得薄 所以一啲都唔韌油炸鬼墨魚滑 - 呢個係新鮮炸起就上枱可以襯佢熱辣辣 就咁食一舊先 真係好好味如果落湯就同炸魚皮一樣 煮3秒就食得嫁喇仲有呢一個炸重慶酥肉 又係熱辣辣上碟浸湯食得 就咁食都得 香脆鬆酥 好好味
