To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日初十一,同R小姐和R 媽咪食晚飯。考慮左好耐,大家就決定去大中華! (原因係因為他們兩個人可以去附近先行街;再食飯)這是我第一次在這裡食,果然係非常大的大排檔。但係提示就係一定要先call 訂位,不然沒有位置就係自己的問題。今日就點做一飯四餸!都好好味。詳細的形容都寫在相啦。一家餐廳可以營業那麼長時間是有原因的。食物一定要好!雖然需要自己寫菜單,但是在這裡吃飯可以說是食物味道好,服務快狠準。好滿足的一餐。還是要再提醒-一定要訂位!
