晚上相約好友到西環一間潮州店飯局,小店不大放置多張圓枱,枱與枱之間相隔有限,亦沒有隔板,沒有多點防疫措施。我地四人點了蠔餅(例)、鹵水豆腐併香腸墨魚,鹵水蛋兩隻,咸肉炒韭菜花,再配支青島啤酒 $32 啤啤佢。鹵水豆腐併香腸墨魚 $80豆腐好入味份量唔少,四個女仔享用都唔會有搶食情況,香腸墨魚正正常常。鹵水蛋$8另加了兩隻好入味既~咸肉炒韭菜花 $60 韭菜花炒得爽口,而咸肉選用了豬頸肉,肥瘦適中,不過味道太鹹了,配碗白粥 $10 中和下味道。蠔餅 $60蠔餅唔會炸得乾晒,但師傅落胡椒粉就好重手,胡椒味蓋過所有味。
