To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很多年前在香港老飯店吃過飯,但後來發現兩間店舖都已經沒有營業,最近發現在上環重開,一於去試下 。午飯時間點了一些傳統上海點心, 一個烤麩和上海粗炒。烤麩的煙韌度適中,配以的醬汁帶有少少甜, 有別於其他上海食肆的。最欣賞是上海粗炒,配上很多椰菜 ,而且椰菜是爽甜, 在其他上海食肆的上海粗炒中的椰菜 是沒有這個份量和甜美,  所以我會極力推薦。其他上海點心也不過不失, 雖然價錢也不便宜, 但食物水準是值得的。

最欣賞是上海粗炒,配上很多椰菜 ,而且椰菜是爽甜, 在其他上海食肆的上海粗炒中的椰菜 是沒有這個份量和甜美,  所以我會極力推薦。
