前日打完網球,和朋友到南華軒食晚飯,十分就腳,就在網球場旁邊。餐廳好懷舊,天花吊滿以前賣雞蛋檔口的燈,令人有不少回憶。功壺夫茶湯,燉湯用茶壺盛著,像功夫茶以茶壺倒出熱湯,別有一番風味,燉湯香濃,甘中帶鮮味,相當香。乾蔥豆豉雞煲,一放上枱,香氣四溢,口水直流,忍唔住即刻試試,雞肉嫩滑,好香豆豉乾蔥的味道,超級惹味。豉油皇炒澳洲和牛腸粉煲,腸粉煲幾特別,想不到腸粉好滑,有口感,以豉油皇炒,非常香,牛肉亦好味,軟滑入味。碧綠黃耳炒蝦球,蝦球好大隻,超級爽彈,口感一流,黃耳炸過,混合一齊食好味。西芹亦好新鮮爽脆,味道不會太濃,恰到好處。食完飯還送了我們糖水,臭草綠豆沙全起沙,清香不甜,消消熱氣。
