今晚在官塘食咗晚飯後,時間尚早,唔想甘早回家,本來想去另一間在康寧道傳統糖水舖,但想食撞奶,所以去咗葫蘆舘.坐低後第一時間叫咗薑汁撞奶,太太叫咗海帶綠豆沙.本人好鐘意睇住師傅點整.....果然名附其實,老板娘(師傅)總共撞咗4次(係薑汁同奶,唔係撞自己),之後再用隔嚟隔咗d泡先將完成品送上枱,製造認真!!!!海帶綠豆沙就超起沙,唔用其他d糖水店豆還豆/水還水.其次d海帶就切得剛剛好,不會太大塊.如大家去開官塘食飯/shopping後想食糖水,唔好再去d連鎖糖水店,大家去吓呢d傳統糖水舖吧!!!
