除咗日本菜,我其次最愛就係越南菜!特別係越式火鍋及湯河,我次次去越南都必食!🤤​最近我發銅鑼灣開咗間好傳統嘅越南火鍋店——「Số Tám」!我哋香港平時食嘅火鍋,都係一碟碟餸咁上,但越南嘅火鍋就唔同,佢哋會用一個圓盤,裝晒食物係鍋邊,方便人碌食物,或放置碌好嘅食物之用!而Số Tám食到嘅就係圓鐵盤火鍋!​▲估唔到香港都有越南圓盤火鍋食!好有Feel!除咗圓鐵盤嘅食用形式,Số Tám嘅湯底都遵照越南做法,好似招牌蟹肉湯,以全隻鮮蟹加入番茄、蝦米及調味料,要熬足五小時先完成,夠晒香濃惹味。🤤​另外,我仲叫咗海南雞飯、燒豬肉法包、串燒等等,幾個人除返,人均都唔洗兩舊,好抵呀!​▲蟹肉湯好香濃,令配料加混鮮味!▲就咁係圓盤上夾配料,碌完就食得!✦ 越色豪華火鍋 HK$228​一大鍋直上,配料勁多!有菜、蜆、魷魚、牛肉,同埋濱海(類似網狀米粉)!值得一讚係個蟹湯底,濃厚嘅蕃茄,中間帶有鮮甜嘅蟹味,好惹味!​✦ 香茅燒豬頸肉豬頸肉燒得香脆,質感爽口,幾好。​✦ 燒豬肉法包(連湯)​呢個真係好抵食,因為個法包超級大!店家會奉上越南直送嘅Maggi,比我點住嚟食,鹹鹹香香,味道唔錯!😂​✦ 春卷雞

呢度嘅串燒真係好正!雞肉外脆內多汁!店員話佢哋係用800度嘅高溫烤爐燒製,所以可以緊緊鎖住肉汁!春卷就好酥脆,入面有粉絲,唔錯。撈檬就正常發揮,無咩特別。​

越戰過後,經濟低迷,當時越南有出口白米,靚嘅米會出口,越南人則會食餘下嘅米碎,所以傳統嘅越式海南雞飯,飯底係用薑黃碎米做!估唔到呢度食嘅海南雞,竟然咁傳統!令我有啲驚喜!😯​
不過我個人還是鍾意粒粒飯嘅口感!😝​
至於雞,都做得幾滑,雞件都多,絕對食得過!​
