台灣菜好盛行,差唔多好似一有台灣餐廳就會排大隊咁樣,以致好多餐廳都巧立名目,係唔係都用台灣菜來作招牌,但其實食嘅唔係台灣煮法。我今日就去咗呢間「大公雞」,食咗一餐偽台菜。入到餐廳,見到間餐廳除咗職員之外都冇客就知道有啲問題。皮蛋豆腐,台式嘅皮蛋豆腐通常會落醬油膏,但係呢一間嘅竟然用咗胡麻醬,而且個胡麻醬係"稀-nel-nel"嘅,完全唔係嗰回事。台式四寶飯,四寶就係牛筋,牛展,牛肚,大腸,啲肉都鹵得夠入味,但係呢種滷水味唔係台式嘅鹵水味,反而係潮州色嘅鹵水味。咁樣就係潮州菜!而唔係台灣菜!士林半筋半腩麵,牛肉同牛筋都夠淋夠入味,不過真係咸到一個點,而且都唔係台灣嘅味道,仲有個麵真係煮得過淋。(我唔係飲食達人,不過我曾經喺台灣住過一年,唔好呃我)脆炸大腸,完全係港式大排檔嘅味道,不過都唔夠脆亦唔夠香口,完全唔好食。果然,真偽-台灣菜館。

皮蛋豆腐,台式嘅皮蛋豆腐通常會落醬油膏,但係呢一間嘅竟然用咗胡麻醬,而且個胡麻醬係"稀-nel-nel"嘅,完全唔係嗰回事。

士林半筋半腩麵,牛肉同牛筋都夠淋夠入味,不過真係咸到一個點,而且都唔係台灣嘅味道,仲有個麵真係煮得過淋。
(我唔係飲食達人,不過我曾經喺台灣住過一年,唔好呃我)
