知道太子最近開了間以椰子雞窩聞名的餐廳,非常吸引,這晚決定和朋友來試試。 先來一份小食,海南東風螺($52)質能爽口彈牙。 當然不得不點這個原味椰子雞窩 一隻($238),椰子湯底清甜,配上肉質鮮嫩的雞很不錯呢! 醬料除了有醬油,還有薑蓉和青檸,比一般的醬油多了一份清新感覺,更為開胃。佐賀A5牛肉眼($198)肉質條紋清晰可見,鮮嫩滑溜,牛味突出。 手打蝦滑($72)質感彈牙,蝦味突出。 同樣是招牌的黑松露龍蝦煲仔飯($238),甫上枱已聞到香噴噴的煲仔飯香,打香蓋子黑松露味道更直撲入鼻。龍蝦份量夠多,飯粒煙韌可口,建議大家可焗多一點時間,更為好吃! 椰子菠蘿特飲($32)椰香味濃,菠蘿鮮味突出,特別又好喝!四季文昌椰皇($28)清新解渴! 椰皇布甸($38)味道有點像大菜糕,是與椰子肉製成的布甸,清新美味。店內環境舒適,好有偽文青feel,仲有棉花糖機玩職員好客又搞笑。
