未能去旅行,找間燒肉店過過癮。經過看見這間餐廳,不論門面還是店內裝潢都很日式,所以就進去試試。豬、牛、雞、海鮮及野菜等不同部位的燒肉食材都有,還有不同的小食和特色飲料。作為牛的愛好者,先叫了份特撰牛肉盛($398)不論是和牛肉眼芯、空腹肉或牛肩肉,肉身都很嫩滑,但個人最愛肉眼芯,入口即溶!另外有碟肉色有些不一樣,所以向店員查詢,店員說是醃過的肉,燒上來也挺香的!最後我們額外點了一份肉眼芯和牛肩肉,還點了封門柳。最後order了烏龍茶想消消滯,本來以為是一支飲品,怎料原來是倒在大杯,更有氣氛。
