To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

T·PARK 源·區其實是香港首個自給自足的污泥處理設施，同事亦有教育大眾的作用，鼓勵全港市民一起加強環保行動，共同應對氣候變化，深化節能減廢及打造低碳的香港。園區內的戶外花園「源 · 林」很大，設有噴泉花園、悠閒花園、禪園等，是個假日好去處！ 那天天陰陰，參加完到賞團後，便到了T cafe ，這裏主要提供輕食，可以看着海邊喝熱茶🫖吃蛋糕🍰，由於主要是展館，所以大家不要對食物有太高的要求，味道正正常常，不會難吃，價錢大約$20-$40左右，在這裏渡過一個悠閒的下午，非常chill。地方寬敞，亦坐得很舒服。另外，各位吃完餐點後記得要自己洗好餐具並放好(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)享受一次另類的餐飲體驗的同時，亦把環保意念履行到底！
