又約到格格,我們倆老於是挑了一個地點、環境都蠻特別的餐廳 ...先來頭盤,“藍青口”,青口不但新鮮,汁又香又creamy,麵包也新鮮,沾點汁,正!“煎牛柳”,一個字“嫩”,當然牛味和咬口欠奉,但配了焗蒜,加點鹽 ,還是軟嫩酥香的!英倫明菜,“炸魚薯條”,不合格,炸魚的脆漿完全不脆,像塊濕的麵皮,而魚放了在薯條上面,於是連薯條也濕了,變回未炸的薯仔!這究竟是脆醬的問題,或是魚柳還未處理好,還不停在“標水”?其實魚還有一點點腥味,後者居多。這晚驚喜“伯爵茶煮啤梨”!很特別,第一次吃,那啤梨是冷的,還帶著很濃郁的果香,沾了士多啤梨醬和雪糕一齊吃,其味無窮!

這晚驚喜“伯爵茶煮啤梨”!很特別,第一次吃,那啤梨是冷的,還帶著很濃郁的果香,沾了士多啤梨醬和雪糕一齊吃,其味無窮!
