To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係外面睇裝飾仲以為係食中式菜 睇睇menu發覺竟然係食西式野 都幾surprise 香草蘑菇海鮮波菜闊條麵 HKD168一黎就聞到好香 第一次食波菜闊條麵 開頭仲以為會有好濃蔬菜味 但原來係同普通麵差唔多 但偏淡少少 重點係食落健康啲龍蝦忌廉汁煮海鮮意大利飯 HKD108忌廉汁份量岩岩好 唔會過多 唔會有好膩嘅感覺 意大利飯軟硬適中 白酒煮青口 HKD78青口新鮮 白酒味唔會好濃 香香地 聞落都開胃啲紫薯草莓鬆餅 HKD88鬆餅係我最愛嘅甜品之一 叫左近期大熱嘅紫薯口味 由於鬆餅係新鮮整出黎 所以要等耐少少 不過好野係要等😎 熱辣辣好香好好味 唔會好甜
