Restaurant: Woodlands Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到尖沙咀要搵嘢食,雖然款式應有盡有,但成日有種感覺「得個貴字」,點知今日就行咗去比較冷清嘅永安商場,搵到呢一間隱蔽嘅印度素菜餐廳,入面嘅伙計都係正宗印度人,我哋一行四人入到去都唔清楚有咩主打推介,所以決定見其他客人食咩就叫下,先講前菜,三份前菜有兩份都有乳酪,一份外乳好似咕嚕肉,配料有少少辣,非常入味!嚟到正菜,份北印度套餐有好多款唔同嘅醬料,仲配咗幾塊酥餅同飯,我哋仲叫咗份Paper Masala Dosa,類似一份大型炸春卷,中間空心嘅入面加咗薯蓉同一啲配料,薯蓉相對比較清淡,所以我地食塊炸皮時都會夾埋北印度菜嘅配料食,最後我地仲叫咗個印度雪糕試下,味道都幾特別,不過相信唔係個個都啱食,總括嚟講,呢一餐都算係特別嘅嘗試,而價錢亦非常親民,所以絕對值得推介!
