相信有好多人都唔鍾意行果d濕濕淋淋既街市...但呢個舖位只位於街市外街…並未如想像般惡劣…只是格局有點街坊feel...完全只會以為係一般普通既麵檔...☆.☆…又點會估到原來呢間係好野黎...據聞老闆光師傅16歲入行...累積左30多年經驗...曾經係香格里拉酒店擔任過主廚...貫通中西日飲食文化...⊙~⊙…偏偏光師傅就睇中左係呢度開舖...仲要係主打牛麵...話明主打牛麵…餐牌又點會多選擇...不過價錢相當大眾化...ˇ。ˇ…朋友就好簡單咁點左碗清湯牛雜河…牛肚牛腸牛肺樣樣齊…不過不失咁啦…再加多碟例牌油菜...健康d wor...但原來清湯蘿蔔牛尾同牛根加豬手湯飯先係戲肉…湯同飯係分開上既…其實都好大碗…飯同餸既比例應該有1:2.5…⊙-⊙…雖然係清湯底…但牛尾已經入哂味…仲好好肉地添…實在要多得180斤牛骨,果皮,羅漢果,大地魚,蝦殼熬製出來既成果…>~<…嘩…好豐富既鈣質啊…至於紅粉菲菲既牛根…非常之吸引…唔似得一般麵檔係碎濕濕黏黏地…佢係腍腍地一舊舊...大舊得黎好好咬口...最重要係有女士喜愛既骨膠原呀…^.^...咪睇豬手白雪雪好似貧血咁…原來係用香葉

而蘿蔔晶瑩通透…舊舊切到差唔多大細係有原因既…因為咁樣煮出黎既蘿蔔先會舊舊一樣程度熟...而唔會因為細件d快溶左…的確蘿蔔係清甜可口有質感既…

整體黎講…感覺好似搵到個小寶藏一樣…i believe i will be back...>~<...
