自從之前同男朋友食過omakase 之後我地決定每隔兩個月就去食一次今次就去左大坑依間食環境大多以金魚為主我地坐左係bar 檯後,點好餐後先食冷盤「白蝦配黑魚籽」口感好軟身,食落有種漿口既感覺「鵝肝」好少食前菜會食到鵝肝鵝肝味道好香,食起上黎好醒胃食omakase 通常碟邊都放左啲醒胃既配菜分別有漬物、春薑、牛蒡、蘿蔔壽司10件開始食壽司啦每食完一款,師傅會再為碟抹一抹免之前壽司味道留到下一件度「天然𩶘魚」配上酸汁啫哩,不用蘸豉油,味道都好好味酸汁輕輕令魚味道仲突出好新鮮,酸酸地,好醒胃,魚肉質好軟滑身「赤貝」非常爽口,鮮甜爽口彈牙、一啲唔韌「鰤魚」冬天先有,野生的油甘魚因為冬天先有,脂肪較厚,入口帶點融上面加左芝麻,食落好有口感「金目鯛」金目鯛好肥美,師傅輕微火炙配梅醬食好刺激味蕾上面既芽蔥,味道酸酸甜甜感覺好清新,金目鯛同芽蔥味道好夾食完齒夾留香「車海老」又名花竹蝦,配有白松露蝦身好大隻,有蝦膏,好有鮮味「剝皮魚」用左魚肝整既汁混埋一齊加埋碎芽蔥,好香口口感好似啫喱,好好味個醬汁加埋魚,有漿口既感覺「秋刀魚」有少少薑碎,肉質鮮美,食落好好口感平時熟食多,生食就好少連皮一齊食既秋刀魚
