Staff嘅recommendation果然無錯!個sauce十分濃稠,海鮮味十足,食落係油感偏重嘅意粉,但係油而不膩,帶有微辣,蟹肉亦好新鮮,配上Cavatelli呢款條狀厚身嘅意粉好夾!意粉口感煙韌有嚼勁,係homemade意粉先有嘅口感❤️

▫️Prime U.S Beef Ribye Steak ($408)
坦白講,覺得佢牛扒甚至比一啲出名食扒嘅餐廳更出色。我地嗌咗3成熟,牛排上枱時已經切好咗,可以見到裏面仲呈現出微紅,肉質軟腍無筋,油脂分配平均,牛肉味極出,調味恰到好處,連附上嘅芥末醬我都無用到,旁邊嘅配菜都好好食😆
