To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將凍爛太陽蛋及凍油火腿掉到湯中希望熱熱去,點知連個湯都只係微溫不熱辣辣,我真係火都黎!微暖湯底浸著無味白烚腍劈劈麵條,成舊麵餅沉底,明顯地一早烚定放涼,有 order 就加湯出貨!粉口麵條,毫無生氣 ,奄奄一息,食到我十分傷感。沙嗲牛肉質素入得口唔難食,嚥韌肉質,沙嗲瓊到一舊舊,輕甜沙嗲,獨市生意侷住食。


偉大既辣椒油神救救我吧!隊兩羹辣椒渣探探虛實,香辣兼備,有著我至愛潤地香辣辣椒油影子,功效神奇,即時好味百倍大啖啜,連湯都差點消失殆盡!


火腿太陽蛋五香肉丁出前一丁,凍凍五香肉丁濃味乾鞋,幸好就算湯唔夠熱,五香汁已溶掉,油油的跟湯汁麵條合二為一。腸仔太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,腸仔油油冷冰冰,咸咸怪味廉價腸仔,堂堂會展唯一茶餐廳如此出品,真的心裡酸溜溜。


香茅牛骨湯太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉日版出前一丁,滿以為有新早餐食,點知蜜汁叉燒豬骨湯意粉、稻庭烏冬、紫菜番茄湯、牛乳滑蛋都沽清,真有定假有架,侷住食返丁麵。日版出前一丁?您真係以為無人食得出?絕對唔係日版,我幾乎晚晚食日版出前一丁經驗架,除非師傅廚藝堅係出前入化,可以將日版出前一丁煮成其他即食麵!


等足 30 分鐘丁麵送到,依舊微暖唔夠熱,麵質腍粉,不滑不彈,十足滾水泡麵,是否連如何煮得即食麵好食也不懂?真係激死我!香茅牛肉湯香茅味突出濃厚,牛味微弱不美甜。沙嗲牛肉滑溜勁硬,沙嗲味清香達標。早餐無包雞蛋離晒譜,我自己散叫隻食,但給我的是冷凍焦香太陽蛋,可惡!
