To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同個老友出街普普通通食餐飯補返慶祝佢生日,話晒都幫佢慶祝生日,就下佢過嚟美孚呢邊食😚因為我唔太熟呢邊,所以都冇特定話想食咩,經過呢間叫做香港地嘅餐廳,老友話之前食過好正,佢話望落好普通一間餐廳但係佢啲嘢食真係唔差,所以相信佢就一於食呢間,我自己就叫咗個去骨海南雞套餐,我老友就叫左個豉汁蒸倉魚套餐,當然啦啲餸我哋係兩份食嘅,兩個人其實真係已經夠曬飽🥳加上跟餐有湯飲😋首先要讚一讚佢嘅海南雞,皮薄肉嫩,點埋個醬汁食一流,而我最最最鍾意係佢嘅油飯,比起出邊好多出名既海南雞餐廳做得更好,另外佢嘅豉汁蒸倉魚我哋都真係食唔停口,食得出師傅蒸嘅時間啱啱好,最怕出街食魚係啲肉蒸到硬晒,豉油勁咸個啲😣利到既豉汁蒸倉魚真係做得好出色👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻鍾意食有屋企感覺嘅蒸魚既朋友仔可以嚟呢度試吓佢嘅豉汁蒸倉魚,包你舔舔脷,老友無介紹錯😍
